I had a fantastic experience with Ranfis who originally refinished my tub and with Anthony who supported coordination. I had my tub refinished in 2023, recently a week ago I saw two small nicks, I immediately reached out to NuFinishPro and Anthony responded quickly and efficiently. I had mentioned Ranfis had originally refinished my work and he was kind enough to come out of his way to come take a look a few days later. Ranfis is kind, efficient, and easy going. He reassured me that this was covered under the warranty and he and fixed my tub. He also added supportive material to make the material non slip when I mentioned it was slippery when we had initially refinished the tub in 2023. Long story short, NuFinishPro is awesome but Ranfis and Anthony are the dream team!
