GoDaddy зараз перетворює наші облікові записи електронної пошти Workspace на облікові записи електронної пошти Microsoft 365. Перенесення даних до Microsoft 365 буде завершено приблизно в середині листопада. З цього моменту нам потрібно буде змінити налаштування всіх облікових записів електронної пошти.

Accessing GoDaddy email addresses and forwarders

Scroll down the page until you see “Workspace Email”, in order to access the email address. Then you will need to click on the “Manage All” button. You will then be taken to the Email address manager to make any changes.

Once you are in the email manager, all of the email addresses and email forwarders will be visible. If you want to create any email fowarders, click on “Create Forwarder” or move the mouse arrow over the down arrow next to the email address and a popup menu will appear.

You really have two choices, either to edit the email address or forwarder settings. or get the settings for the emiail account.

Create An Email Forwarder

To create an email forwarder, you will need to set up a non-existent email address that will be forwarded to a real email address. The email forwarder has to use a domain that we have ownership of or the tool will not accept the email forwarder that has been created, we also can’t use an existing email address to set up an email forwarder.

So enter the email forwarder address, then enter the email address that you want the emails to be fowarded too. Once you are done, click the create button, the email fowarder will then take a few hours to be read.

Once you are in the email settings menu, you will see the port settings and other pieces of information that are related to the email account. To get the setup instructions for the email address acount, click on the “Get Started” Link, this will cause a popup window to appear.

When the popup window appears, you have two choices, either you get mobile phone or desktop setup instructions. Click on the desired button and follow the steps to get the instructions. When you have answered all of the questions, you will get the proper setup instructions for you desired device.
