Facebook and Instagram Ad Accounts
Many social media and social networks have advertising managers and account for us to use.
Google, Facebook, and Linkedin
We can easily set up advertising on Facebook for our products and services. Facebook allows us to advertise on their website as well as on Instagram. Facebook has a similar advertising system to LinkedIn and Google. While the types of ads are different, the tools in the back end are very similar in many respects. We will bid on ads using Pay Per Click just like Google.

Check the setup of Facebook Account
Before we set up a Facebook Business and Ad Manager account, we need to double-check the setup of the Facebook account (NFP’s current Facebook account). Since Facebook only allows just one unique mobile number per account, the info in the account needs to be double-checked.

Setup Certified Refinishers Business Manager and Ad Manager
First, the Ad Manager and Business Manager will need to be set up before we can run ads. The Business Manager will allow us to manage access to the Facebook pages and ad accounts. We will be able to assign access to people and track the performance of the ad campaigns. The Business Manager will allow us to share access with agencies and outside companies.
All Ad Campaigns and Ads will be managed through the Ad Manager inside of the Business Manager. We will be able to assign users roles in the Ad Manager, manage the budget, set up and manage the ads.

Both Facebook and Instagram will have separate interfaces for their ads, but the Business Manager will handle ads and data from both platforms.
Before anyone other than the admin can edit the Ad is in the Ad Manager, we will have to assign user roles to everyone that is going to be editing and setting up the ad campaigns. We will also enter our payment and billing information, and track the progress of the ads inside of the Ad Manager.
The Admin manages the users, the billing, the ads, the Employees will be restricted to viewing the ads and settings, then assign pages to the ad through the ad manager. There are also separate roles for the Business Manager and the Ad Manager, so pay close attention as you assign roles to all of the users.
