Manage the dashboard
Adding and updating your Nextdoor business profile.
After you log in to Nextdoor, the dashboard is the first thing that you will see. Users will be able to manage your sponsorship plan, profile content, reputation, messages in the inbox, and your profile page. Sponsoring a zip code allows business owners to post ads in that zip code for each month they pay for the sponsorship. The “Content” section allows you to set up local deals and promotions for your business. All of the reviews and related content are on the “Your Reputation” page. Chat with your neighbors with conversations by using the “Inbox” to reply to the messages in the “Inbox”. Finally, add photos, and your story by editing the profile in “Your Page”.

Manage Plan
Business owners can sponsor a specific zip code to display an online ad. A business owner can sponsor a zip code by clicking on the “See Pricing” to see the pricing page. You are paying to either make a monthly sponsorship of a zip code or join a waiting list to sponsor a zip code. Plus, track the progress of your purchased sponsorship on this page. Nextdoor shows ad and performance information for each zip code on this page.
Content
Are you looking to sell a service or give a deal to drive more business to your services? Use a local deal, give a discount of a percent off, or offer a fixed amount. If you want, you can offer a buy one and get one free or a custom to Nextdoor visitors. Set up local deals to attract customers to the content page. Then, create a local deal for Nextdoor by using the setup wizard.
Your Reputation
The neighbors in the zip code will provide updates and feedback on the local deals that you are providing. You can reply to messages that people provide to you on the business profile page. If you like, you can even share a page with someone. All local deals are set up using the same setup wizard on the content page.
Inbox
When someone wants to chat with you. They will start a conversation by sending a message in your “Inbox”. The actual chat log that you use to message your customers will appear in the second box. Reply to your customer’s messages using the inbox. Nextdoor will update the conversation as new messages are sent.
Your Page
All businesses on Nextdoor will have a profile page. This page will have tools that allow you to set up an additional profile page. Add a logo, cover photo, business information, photos, and a description of your business. Nextdoor users can view the information that you enter on this page, there is a separate section for private information.
